Infoblu provides a dedicated platform (TiponLine) to consult traffic and travel related information (toll computation, facitlities search).
The system enables searches by route, motorway, area and includes both a textual list and a dynamic map. Our platform is currently used by the great italian Call Center as Vodafone.
Moreover, Infoblu provides services for automatic Call Centers to convey to the user the traffic situations on his own itinerary, toll estimate and a facilities list. The system allows to activate an alarm service thourh SMS, for updates in the traffic situation. This service was developed for TIM.
