Images and data are made available to ''Digital Ecosystem Expo" in accordance with agreements in force.
 

Obligations to the user application or information portal

Exclusion of liability for Infoblu SpA in relation to the accuracy and / or completeness of such information, as well as regarding the use right and / or wrong communication of the same information to users.

Prohibitions for the user or application information portal

Prohibition of historicizing the data provided by Infoblu SpA: it can not be stored for further processing or delayed display by more than 3 minutes.
Prohibition of publication of the data provided by Infoblu SpA on any maps of the commercial market.
Prohibition on transfer of any kind of data provided by Infoblu SpA to third parties unrelated to the ''Digital Ecosystem Expo", which is required for the user to confidentiality of the data in terms of resale.
Prohibition for those who use the data Infoblu SpA manipulation or modification without prior approval of the manager.
Ban on use of data for services other than those of the ''Digital Ecosystem Expo"without prior approval of the manager.
